"Our room is the best ones we have had when compared with all the rooms we had in past 20 years of our travel, either in the US, Europe or Asia and Africa. The location of this Aparthotel is the best we have ever had. It is next door to Manchester's main train station. Can't find any better word to describe how close it is to the train station, NEXT DOOR is the closest. Walk out of the station building, turn right, there you are. By the way, we have been wondering what techenology is deployed....

"Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again."

"For the price I paid, I cannot complain. The breakfast was by far the best I've ever had at a hotel. Table service (seated menu), generous sizing and excellent options for vegans. The receptionist staff were all incredibly friendly. The apartment room was stocked perfectly- with some complimentary dishwasher tablets and a washer dryer with some laundry tablets included so that I could leave at the end of my stay with all clothes washed and dried. "Great place to stay with good facilities. Happy to recommend this for anyone needing a smart, clean place. Has all cooking facilities but we didnt cook. Nice touch to have teabags and coffee sachets but very frustrating not to have any milk sachets. Meant i had to go hunting for a shop for milk. Pillo- do consider adding little lastic pots or sachets like you get in McDonalds. Would save tired travellers a little stress. Other than thta, all positive."

"Too many emails with rules and high safety deposit (not advertised earlier on). High expectation from pictures but in reality lacks cleaning and care. The street is dodgy, too dark and quiet and a bit far from city centre (20 min walk). Good price for Manchester though."
