"Decent property. Very helpful staff. Clean room but furniture is simple and dated. Biggest complaint is the tight and limited parking, which seems to be the norm for the area, but make sure to try and get a 2nd floor room as the building is not well insulated for noise. I heard every step taken above my room. Being right on PCH adds to the noise, hence why they provide ear plugs."

"The parking cost another $40 instead of being included in the room rate. We asked for pillows and blankets for the fold out bed and the front desk person had to go searching for it. There was no ready supply. One of the toilets was plugged in the morning and my wife asked for a plunger and after searching all the rooms, the front desk person gave us the key to the neighboring room. It did solve the problem. We won't be back"

"Fabulous location! Right across the street from the beach, right next to a coffee shop. The owner/manager is great! Lot's of positive energy. The hottub is 104 degrees! Wonderful and never crowded. You can't go wrong with staying here. "It's a good life.""

"For the price point, we expected more, honestly. The kitchen wasn't fully supplied (no coffee filters, nothing to put leftover food in, no tongs for the BBQ, etc), the area rug is old and dingy, the bathroom tray is rusted, worst of all..... You can't even sit out on the deck because the table and chairs are so badly rusted and corroded!!! Not worth the price, sorry. "

The staff is extremely accommodating, the property is beautiful and secluded but still very close to a lovely beach and a quick drive to the Mai strip in town. The rooms are fresh, well designed and have a great local aesthetic. "

"Expected there to be a clear beach view from the balcony because I payed slightly extra for that but it was mostly covered by trees and a house. But it was still a beautiful stay! Literally only steps away from the beach! All major attractions were only minutes away from this hotel.
