"Clean rooms, common areas also spotless. Any interaction with staff member was always positive. Only 2 negative issues were the breakfast buffet ran out of a couple of items both mornings that we stayed. Also the A/C never seemed to effectively cool the room. Actual room temp was 24°C even though i had it set to the lowest possible setting (16°C) Wouldn't like to be staying in that room during a heatwave! Room no. 721"

" This was the first time I stayed at this hotel and will not be the last. I brought a group over from the States for their first trip to Europe. Check in was easy, the staff was polite and professional. We included the breakfast. There was a great selection of fresh, colorful food for all palates. Easy to get to the center of London but so nice to get back to the hotel and the river. Some excellent restaurants in walking distance. Looking forward to going back again next year. "

"The room was exceptionally clean and meticulously designed down to the smallest detail. The place is fantastic, and the service was outstanding. The only minor downside is the lack of a small coffee machine in the room, though there’s a free coffee station on the second floor, which isn’t the most convenient but still perfectly acceptable. I would definitely return!"

"Had a very lovely stay here for a business trip. Everything is almost perfect except that there is no refrigerator in the room. Staff are kind and helpful, the area is safe and good access to airports and central London. Will consider to stay here again for my future trips."
