"This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work. The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property. "Everything was very nice. Asian restaurant was the best. Really enjoyed Aaron, he works the activities at the pool. Ivan was very helpful as a concierge and spoke very good English. The beach was beautiful. But if you want to get in water bring swim shoes."

"Clean room and very kind staff. Their english was not always super great but they were very sweet. Our AC did go out in the room and they got it blowing again but it never was cool air just moving air around. That part was pretty miserable but the beach was gorgeous and on site snorkeling was great other than the resort didnt give out masks during our stay."

"Nice resort with very friendly & helpful staff. We had a medical situation & Samuel helped us which we greatly appreciated. Everyone was super friendly & eager to make sure we had an enjoyable vacation. The grounds are pretty but the pools were in need of cleaning. The buffet did not have a lot of options so that was a little bit disappointing but there are several restaurants on the resort to choose from. The restaurants alternative days they are closed so make sure you pay attention to that schedule & get to dinner when they open, otherwise expect a wait. The beach is sandy but beware as the water is mostly coral so it can be very tricky getting in & out, definitely recommend water shoes. The water was beautiful! They are remodeling the resort in between Dreams & Secrets so there was a lot of construction noise while laying on the beach. We stayed in building 34 at Dreams so we did not hear it from our room. We just had to walk down the beach to Secrets to enjoy some peace on the beach. They have free kayaking for 30 mins, a fun bar with swings, nightly activities & a club that never had anyone In it. Overall it was a good experience"

"This is a wonderful, very clean hotel in a great location. We’ve stayed here often because it is within easy walking distance to most of the main city. The staff is excellent! My only complaint this time was the internet. We stayed on the 3rd floor, on one end of the balcony rooms overlooking the ocean. The internet was almost nonexistent, most of the time, in our room. I found out after the stay was over they have extenders which will boost the signal but you have to ask for one. I highly recommend staying here, but if you get in a room with weak internet, be sure to ask for an extender!"

"The property was amazing. I did not enjoy the food as much as other properties we have stayed at. We did not get to eat at any of the main restaurants on the property due to having to have long pants for dinner. And a large party was difficult to make reservations Very unfortunate"
