Amazing spot in Cozumel!

This is my favorite place to stay in Cozumel! The property is beautiful and the team is incredibly welcoming. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a couple of days in Cozumel and Alicias bed and breakfast turned out to be the best place for us to stay. Not only was it cheap, but it was very nice personell and good breakfast in the morning.

The owners are very nice, they allow us to check in earlier. The only detail is that the air conditioning did not cool so well.

Alicia is a lovely lady, but the gentleman there was always on a bad mood and not really responsive. On the last morning he didn’t show up to make breakfast, despite the request for having it a little bit earlier than 8:30am due to our return flight (we were the only guests). Facility was ok but far away from touristic center.

Excellent breakfast which was always fresh. Friendly service with a smile and very relaxed way of life. Taxi ride anywhere to downtown or within the city limits $50 pesos and moto Taxi $35 pesos. Close by is Sam's Club and Bodega Ahorrara which is the smaller version owned by Walmart. If you love Tacos, Close by is REYEs which walking out fo the Alicias you make a right on the main street from the corner and walk toward the light passing the OXXO across the street to your left you will see the restaurant with there palapa style building, plastic chairs and tables. Try their BIRRIA. It is awesome. Thanks Alicia for a wonderful stay, hope we can return soon.

Esta muy desordenada, es la renta del cuarto de una casa habitada. Nunca me dieron el cambio del dinero que di para pagar la estancia. No apareció nadie al momento de dejar la casa. A pesar de quedar de darme mi cambio a la mañana siguiente.

Home in Cozumel Alicia made us constantly feel like family Room was comfortable Beds were small but that is a California King person for you Good mattress got a lot of snuggle time No TV So bring a laptop and watch on that Internet worked well We always found something on Netflix Verizon’s plan gave us free text and talk So staying in touch with family was easy Alicia even took us to sams club and let us use her membership card She took us to the bank to get pesos Gave us directions to everything Local bus picks up on the corner Ten pesos gets you downtown if you don’t want to walk that mile. Exchange rate was18 to a dollar during our visit We stayed three weeks Already planning for four next time See you in January

Home sweet home

Alicia's place is great. Chuco makes the best breakfast that you would be able to have away from home. They offered us chips, fresh fruit, guacamole and eggs. Alicia can give you details of the most beautiful places that you need to see in Cozumel. I would recommend this place to anybody. But you must like dogs because they have 2 friendly dogs they are well behave and not noisy at all. This is a fantastic place if you want just a place to sleep. If you are going to cozumel and don't want to pay the overprice hotels you should choose them because the last thing you want to do in Cozumel is to be at a hotel having the blue paradise outside.

Had a great stay!

Stayed 2 days at Alicia's place, the room was super clean, well equipped with little things that made the difference like shampoo tooth paste and water, breakfast was delicious and made aspacialy for us,definitely recommend place

Perfect place to stay in Cozumel

Alicia and Chuco were so hospitable and welcoming got our family! There was delicious guacamole and chips, fruit and varied mai dishes for breakfast each day. Their home is lovely, clean and very welcoming. I highly recommend their place for a clean, comfy affordable stay in Cozumel!

lovely hotel, and friendly and helpful host

We had a great stay, and found the hotel very peaceful and comfortable, and the host went out of his way to be helpful. Great breakfasts too (different every day!). Very reasonable rates. Hotel isn't very central though, but there are restaurants locally.
