"Very clean, front desk was friendly, nice little kitchen which we didnt use as we were only there 1 night but long term stay would be excellent. Towels & provided soap, shampp, etc were a step above the average hotel. "

"I have always respected the dignity and beauty of historic hotels, and finally got the chance to experience the Brown. The architecture of the public areas is magnificent. It is clean and well maintained. The food was extraordinary. Unfortunately, check-in is a sad introduction to the historic experience. The staff was polite and responsive, but the logistics were deplorable. Traffic jams were common at the front door, and anyone not using the valet was relegated to an alley side-entrance...

"They are so proud to give you two bottles of free water, but charge you for parking without even seeing if you have a car or not, I could see dirt in the corners in many places in my room, but management was nice. One of the elevators was not functioning correctly and I was reluctant to use it"
