"I have rarely used exceptional to review a hotel but the Kames was. We travelled here from New Zealand on holiday and we only had one night but it was exceptional. The restaurant menu is top class, the range on the menu was great and seriously 10/10. I had locally free dived seared scallops from the loch, I had the slow roasted goat shank with lentils - exceptional, and we shared a lemon tart with fresh berries. "The facility was immaculate. It was off the beaten road but close to the village and activities if anything was needed. "

"There was a safe place for me to keep my motorcycle out of view. upon arriving staff were immediately friendly and offered to help me with getting the bike sorted. I was even greeted by a little wild bird who popped out the bush, apparently he is fed by the staff The room was very clean and the property is in a beautiful location with views of Inverary Castle across Loch Fyne. It would be nice if there were a path down to the Loch as the waters edge was pretty much inaccessible other than that,...
