"Our room was over looking the resort. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The only negative I have to say is that the walls are so thin you could hear your next-door neighbor talking. I could hear someone drop something above us and sounded like normal conversations from our neighbors that shared a wall. "

"What a perfect resort for families with kids. The pool is shallow and seamlessly touches beach - which is just big enough to feel like an adventure! Loved updated fresh rooms and small feel of the resort. We will be back! Tiki bar also a plus. Grab an uber to get into town and only a few min from airport. "

"Check in was easy breezy. The gentleman at check in was courteous and friendly. The room was very clean and the amenities were first class. The entire experience was great and I would highly recommend. "

"These staff need a little bit more training. We were directed to the wrong floor for our room and it was a little frustrating because we had all of our luggage going up and down the stairs only to find out we were on the completely wrong floor of the building, but were told that we were on the bottom floor. Also, we were awoken early one morning to a very loud phone conversation outside at 8 AM by one of your staff. I just thought that was a little bit rude and not really appropriate for work. You could hear the conversation from the top floor as they were on the ground having the phone conversation. You could see other guests having the same reaction as we did. The amenities were fantastic and the rooms were quite perfect. We will definitely be staying here again. The grounds were beautiful and I just couldn’t ask for more from a hotel. The pool was fantastic and big!!"
