"The service I received when I arrived earlier then anticipated (around 10am) and taht they accommodated me with my room as an early check-in. That was very convenient."
"The hotel was nice. Customer service was excellent, like crazy good. We had an issue with the AC in our room and after trying to figure out what was wrong gladly changed us to another room and gave us 2 vouchers for a couple of drinks for the inconvenience. Nice touch. Rooms are smaller but not overly so. Beds were comfortable. The property is centrally located so you can walk downtown and go, go, go. It's just enough off the main area that its quiet. "
