"We had an excellent experience! We hours before our check in and had just been caught in a very heavy rain fall. The staff was amazing and was able to get us into our room. The room was clean and very quiet, even being close to the elevator. The breakfast was amazing. Great staff and the food was fantastic! The Riu definitely goes above and beyond!
