"Poorly managed property - understaffed throughout particularly in the restaurant. Never known a hotel bar to close at 11pm each night. For the price paid very disappointed."

"La estadía estuvo muy bien, la habitación impecable y el desayuno era muy completo, pero lo mejor fue la terraza con unos atardeceres INCREÍBLES!! Súper conformes aunque no utilizamos las instalaciones porque el clima aún estaba muy frío. Volveríamos sin dudarlo durante el verano!"

"Nice hotel , very close to the border to Gibraltar , about 15 minute walk , it has parking for 12 euro a day which is good for the area, and nice restaurant . The room is clean and the pool looks nice as well , I did not use it because no time but it looks very nice . The room is clean and large and the staff is very friendly . The town center is also short walk ."

"Leider war unser Besuch enttäuschend. Unsere Meinung passt hier Preisleistung nicht zusammen. Das positive vorweg: das Hotel ist sauber. Wir hatten das Hotel ursprünglich aufgrund der schönen Dachterrasse und im Rooftop Pool gebucht. Uns war zwar bewusst, dass die Bar nur am Wochenende aufmacht, uns war allerdings nicht bewusst, dass auch der Pool nur zugänglich ist, wenn die Bar geöffnet ist. Das ergibt für uns überhaupt keinen Sinn, warum der Pool nur nutzbar ist, wenn die Bar geöffnet ist....

"Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, modern und geräumig. In dem Pool ist das Wasser angenehm warm, sodass man von morgens bis abends gut schwimmen kann. Zudem wird er täglich sauber gepflegt. Frühstück und Abendbuffet sind jeden Tag sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch der Zugang zum Strand, da das Hotel direkt am Atlantik liegt. Das Hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich mit vielen Attraktionen für Kinder."

"Le stationnement est tout près du lieu d’hébergement, toutefois, il est difficile à repérer. Le code d’accès qui m’avait été fourni n’était pas le bon. Heureusement, une personne a pu m’ouvrir la porte."

"Absolutely amazing! We've stayed in 3 different hotels before this one while traveling Spain and this was by far our favorite for the beauty and uniqueness of it. Book the Ulysses Grant room, it is beyond worth it! The views were spectacular and the room is so trendy and comfortable!"
