"This isn't a cheap hotel to stay at and I expected a lot more from it. I would say its a 3 star certainly not 4. After reading reviews before booking i saw that there were a lot of reviews on the food being good however this was not the case I was served raw chicken at lunch time, the food was repetitive and cold unless you got to the restaurants as soon as they opened you may get lukewarm food. There's a pool area - i never used it but plenty of others guests did. Room was clean, spacious and cleaned every day. Property seemed in good condition. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful."
