"Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We were confronted with an unconventional rule stating, unmarried or friends (male, female) cannot stay in one room and were asked to book another room by the receptionist."

"The service at this hotel is on another level. Every single member of staff from housekeeping to the restaurant team went out of their way to make sure your needs are attended to. Special thank you to reception who allowed me to check in a few hours early and to Ajay and Alina in the restaurant who made ever breakfast and dinner amazing. The food here was superb too, the pool was amazing, I would recommend this place and suggest you do halfboard as the area around is close to the tourist area...

"Super cheap and super basic. Situated In a relatively grim alley, hotel is made up of rooms without external windows set around an internal hall over several floors, feels a bit like a Victorian prison! Still, guy in charge was helpful and spoke good English. It seemed clean, and bed was comfortable enough. For the few hours I spent here in the afternoon waiting for a night bus this did the job great. Don’t book a two week vacation here though."

"Lovely spacious rooms . Excellent shopping environment in karol bargh in Delhi. Buffet breadfast is good also. All staffs are very helpful and friendly.
