"Very friendly and helpful staff especially Marvin at concierge and Beth in the restaurant. Swimming pool was large and was in a beautiful setting. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Location to airport is unbeatable, you can literally walk in minutes or take the free shuttle."

"The reception desk was the the first encounter. One person was not very welcoming or friendly. Then was charged extra for my child. It wasnt a pleasant experience. It made me very frustrated and angry To the point I almost left to go to previous resort. But my kids and I were tired, hungry, and hot. Rest of staff was very nice and friendly they made up for that one person. Restaurant, grounds ppl, everyone. was great. Love the variety of breakfast. House keeping fast and greay. Love the ammenities. Rooms beautiful! "

"Pros: Great and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Our room is cleaned well. There is an in-house guest shuttle service going to and from Pueblo Verde Outlets and SM Seaside. Cons: Check-in process takes awhile but the check out is easy. Some areas like outdoor’s big round table needs repair. You can see the wrinkling of the wood from being wet."
