"Room that was given to us smelled musty the phone in the suite did not work and was unable to contact front desk. Once at the front desk my husband was made aware that they placed us on an animal friendly floor when we did have any animals . My husband is very sensitive to odour which now explained the smell in the suite. By the time we got to a new room and moved over took well over an hour out of sightseeing. Which made for an upsetting experience."

"Room smelled musty. Good thing I had brought my own aromatherapy diffuser.
Low height sink and toilet.
Toilet did not always flush- would run out of water in the tank...
Thin walls? Could hear the next door showering before 6 am with my ear plugs in. Doors difficult to open and loud.
Complimentary coffee machine broken in lobby- no coffee. Advertised complimentary coffee beverages.
Helpful & friendly staff.
Overpriced stay for what it offers but inflated because it was race weekend?"
