"The water view room was light, bright and airy despite being a little small. Both cleaning and guest services teams were very professional and friendly and the beds were very comfortable. Despite being in the heart of town, the room was surprisingly quiet. An extra bonus was being on flat ground, near the water and within walking distance of most attractions. Happy not to have to hike/taxi the incredibly steep hills of Airlie after a night out. "

"I stayed at the Airlie Guest House for 3 nights and had such a lovely experience. I stayed in Room 3, which was clean, spacious, and had its own private bathroom, perfect for a solo traveller or even two guests. Mick was incredibly kind, friendly, and caring. We had so many great conversations, and he truly made me feel welcome and at home. He also gave amazing recommendations for things to do around town and even helped arrange my airport shuttle, which made everything so easy. He’s genuinely the best! I also met Natalie, who is an absolute gem!! Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Airlie Guest House to anyone visiting Airlie Beach for a Whitsundays trip. I met some amazing people during my stay, which made the experience even more fun. I will definitely be back, this place made my trip so memorable!"

"Spacious rooms and quiet location. Breakfast could have included more food options and food wasn’t always hot. Great front desk team. Having laundry facilities in the room was a real plus. A wonderful spot we would happily return to on another trip."

"Really terrible! I could ignore the previous guests towels hanging up drying on the porch, the shower not cleaned, but I couldn’t ignore that the bed had bedbugs!!! For the price of the room, I would expect a minimum of a clean bed, I could feel them crawling and biting me all night. I spoke with a staff member the next morning and they said they would investigate and call me back…of course no return call. I guess the next guest will have the same problem! I moved to Airlie Beach Hotel for a fraction more cost, but wonderfully clean and I had a great sleep! Definitely not returning!"

"The Pinnacles is well located to shops, restaurants etc, with an amazing view. However it is set on a steep hill. So be prepared for a steep walk up or a taxi which is approx $10 per trip."

"We had a lovely time at Sunlit apartments. Host was so accommodating. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It's close to town and has the most amazing view. Would definitely recommend and stay here when I come again."
