"Unfortunately this stay was due to a family member death in the family and it was last minute so the front desk was very nice and really accommodated us so we could take a quick nap and change from our overnight flight clothes by letting us check in early. "The location was excellent. The parking and the area surrounding the hotel was very safe, with many restaurants and stores for shooping. The room could use a little work, it felt warn down, the return air vent looked very dirty, as well as the room floor and needed more ilumination. We had daily housekeeping, but the floor really needed an extra scrub. We didn't like the breakfast, aside from the coffee, probably the worst hotel breakfast I've experienced in the last few years. The staff was kind and helped us resolve a problem upon arrival."

"The room was clean though in need of some updating. Mattress was ok. Paying 10 to park on the property seemed inappropriate. No coffee until 8:00 AM as it appears that there is no one on the property in the night hours. Of course, the price was below just about anything I could find. It was the only place near the medical center I had an early appointment at. Just a couple miles to Coco Palms area with nice restaurants and seaside park etc. "

"The hotel & the grounds are beautiful. On Expedia, we were booked for VIP, however, I feel we were given a room that is in need of refurbishing…bathroom is way over due and our room was located right across from the elevators in which you head the dinging of the elevators! "
