The Sutton Place Hotel Vancouver

The Sutton Place Hotel Vancouver

8/10 Good
"The room was comfortable and clean with a fantastic view. Was not fond of my check-in experience as my cc would not tap and the front desk person was a little rude about it. Surprising due to the rep of this hotel. In fact, the front desk person was distant and unpleasant from the start. I had to speak to the front desk manager and got everything sorted. Bar was great. Ordered breakfast on my last day and food was average. Again that was a big surprise. Will not be staying here again."

Pan Pacific Vancouver

Pan Pacific Vancouver

10/10 Excellent
"The Pan Pacific is the absolute best place to stay before embarking on a cruise from this port. The hotel is perfectly situated on the dock, a short, maybe 5-minute walk, to the ship. The hotel itself is grand and beautiful in the interior lobby with luxurious, plenty of lounge areas to relax, restaurants on site, a gym, and spectacular views of the harbor if you are fortunate enough to get a harbor view room, which we did. The staff is very helpful and speak several languages to assist guests. The rooms are a bit older, but well maintained and clean. There are robes, bottled water and a coffee machine with coffee and tea for your morning wake up. One of the best perks is the bell staff will pick up and deliver your luggage to the ship before embarkation and your luggage will be waiting outside your stateroom when you arrive onboard. This is a free service, although tips are appreciated. On any future cruise out of Vancouver, this will be our home the night/s before or after we sail."

Sandman Signature Vancouver Downtown Hotel

Sandman Signature Vancouver Downtown Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, and the staff were helpful, friendly, and professional. A big bonus for families with young children is that the room had a microwave, which made it so convenient to warm up milk for my younger son at night. We stayed at another hotel previously that didn’t have a microwave, which made things much more difficult when travelling with kids. The location was also excellent, close to BC Place and many other downtown attractions. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel, especially to families travelling with children!"
