"Staff were lovely and that's pretty much where it ends. Room had dust over surfaces especially over the bed, the duvet and pillows were yellow and nasty and the carpet and walls were stained, windows were filthy and the shower room always smelt bad and like drains. The hotel also provides zero extras in the rooms. No kettle, fridge, bottled water. Not even cotton buds just soap and shampoo. Location is good near a metro but you are once again youre greeted in reception by a massive brown stain...
