"Rooms are very tiny. They only have 1 setting and don’t tell you the extra is located in a drawer. It can get noisey in the morning if you are on the first floor as the windows are next to the street. "

"Great hotel in a very central location just 10 mins walk from the main train station. Nice room, comfortable beds, luxury towels and nice toiletries. There was a complimentary guest lounge that came with our Expedia booking, but we didn’t get a chance to use it. Friendly staff. Overall, a great hotel. "

"We had to take the stairs to the hotel with our suitcases which was a challenge for seniors nobody to help. The room was so small and there was no place to walk around the bed we had difficulty gettin in bed from one side. The room was so hot and shower so cramped. There is really nothing to recommend . "The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are very nice but small. The showers are a bit awkward to get in and out and they have no shelves to put your own products on. We got married while visiting and if you're wondering if they do anything to make your visit special; they gave us a room with a couch and tv, view of the water and left a note congratulating us. The spa is lovely but they close early around 7pm, and you have to book the time online. The staff were very friendly to us, however our friends had a different experience. The staff made them feel unwelcome, and twice rudely asked them for proof that"
