"The staff was great since the check in. Great location, lovely view from the Pool and the restaurant. We really liked the Pool area with view of Copacabana beach, the Christ and Sugarloaf. They also offered chair and umbrellas for free on the beach with a team taking care of you there. Lovely hotel, would stay again"

When we did eventually got the room, we had to call the staff to clean it, which they were quite happy to do so, which Luca was very helpful all the time there after. "We are from Australia and we were impressed that all the staff spoke English. The location was amazing and so were the views from the rooftop bar. There was a small gym and pool which we used and we were also able to run along the beach due to the hotel's close proximity. The rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast had lots of options and the restaurant overlooked the beach. We hope to return! Highly recommend!"

"Staff polite and professional. We arrived very early and were offered room at half day rate or leave bags for free and use of roof top pool. Excellent location. Few minutes walk to Copacabana beach. Nearest metro 15 minute walk. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Uber from hotel to GIG airport £9.50. Airport taxi to hotel was £28! Room spacious and clean. Wardrobe and three drawers. Safe for valuables. Very little counter space which was frustrating and we travel very light. Air conditioning...
