The room was not as clean as expected, and the overall maintenance of the hotel seemed below standard. The staff was very responsive when issues were raised. The breakfast options were limited. The bathrooms are some of the most generous I've seen in any hotel worldwide. I super recommend Rosewood São Paulo to anyone visiting. It's not just a hotel, it's an experience. We will definitely be back."

"The hotel is good pretty very well located and staff is friendly however the size of the room is unaceptable they are ridiculous small no even a closet or little table to place your belonging and luggage bed also extremelly small in reality children beds."

Como preciso trabalhar via internet, o wifi funciona perfeitamente. E o café da manhã (do Pecorino, nesta temporada) é muito bom, com o melhor pão de queijo que já experimentei nos hotéis de São Paulo."
