Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel has all the facilities as described, excellent location. Restaurant is open until late at night and has plenty of healthy options. Rich and tasty breakfast- Salad&tomatoes could be a nice addition, but maybe it’s a Brazilian tradition not to eat that at breakfast 😊. Also, there was no recycling bin for waste, that might be a good addition too. Overall a very good experience, thank you!

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the main tourist attractions. I booked two rooms, one of which accommodated three people. The room featured sliding doors separating the master bedroom from the sofa bed, which offered privacy for my parents — a thoughtful and practical design. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The minibar was well-stocked, and the hotel staff were consistently courteous and helpful throughout our stay. I especially enjoyed the outdoor pool, which was a perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for clean, comfortable, and conveniently located accommodation.

Mid Grade for a Mid Hotel

The stay was pretty mid. The photos that they showed are not the reality of the place. The staff sometimes was rude, but its something that you can expect when you pay $600 for a 4 day stay at Sao Paulo. I think the best feature from the Hotel was its location, its basically nearby everything important in Sao Paulo, and its pretty safe to go around at any time nearby the Hotel.

They need to replace furniture when it gets so bad that there are stains upon stains. The place felt safe and the housekeeper did a nice job despite the wear and tear. The elevator door closes fast and will body check you so be aware. We chose here due to the double room I would stay again if needed. Breakfast was good with lots of fruit. Pool was warm but could use more loungers as there are only three. The mall at the top of the street was great for their food court . Staff were nice.
