Checked in by Viny, who answered our questions in excellent English. Having stayed at Ibis hotels in Europe and South America, this is perhaps the best. Enjoyed sitting in the renovated lobby. Good breakfast. Our third visit and may return some day.

Second visit from Canada and enjoyed the Sao Paulo sunshine. Victor very welcoming and gave us our room request. Ezequeui subsequently gave helpful information Enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year

The hotel is not new, but most of the time it feels like it is. The location is an absolute convenience! Either for public transportation or to get a taxi / Uber. The breakfast is so good that impressed me (trust me, I’m Brazilian myself who immigrated to Europe and I care a lot about the breakfast quality, including how fresh and with good options - avoiding ultra processed food). One suggestion would be to have more people helping guests at the front desk. The service provided by them is great, but to provide a great guest experience, time and attention to detail is a must! And the team clearly would appreciate more colleagues to help maintaining the service level, without the increase of waiting time for each guest that would need support or assistance.

**Charming Stay with Excellent Service** I recently stayed at this lovely hotel and had a fantastic experience overall. The highlight was definitely the exceptional service—staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is small but very well-appointed, with a cozy, stylish room that had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The on-site bar and restaurant were both great, offering a nice selection of drinks and meals. It was so convenient to have everything in one place, especially after a long day of exploring. The ambiance in both spaces was welcoming and cozy, perfect for unwinding. The only downside was the breakfast buffet, which I felt could have been better. The selection was somewhat limited, and the eggs were a bit dry, which was disappointing. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall quality of the stay. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable, well-located spot with top-notch service!

Good budget hotel with thoughtful service and several little touches that made us feel welcome. Would stay again. Also, our room was surprisingly quite for facing Paulista during the Pride parade.
