"I have stayed here a few times for work and Nicky always goes out of her way and nothing seems too much trouble, I am not a huge breakfast lover but have to say the breakfast was cooked to perfection and plenty of choice, surroundings of the guest house and views are amazing, thanks Nicky and Darren and I shall be staying while im here for work whenever there is availabilty"

"This was a lovely place and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The twin room was clean and comfortable.
We had dinner in the restaurant. There was a great choice and the food was delicious.
The surroundings were beautiful and it was nice to be able to go for a walk after dinner."

"Ideal place to stay in Burnley: there is limited options for business travellers staying around Burnley. This has become my place to stay if in the area why? Good accommodation, close to trains, free breakfast, supportive staff and of course cost. Wouldn’t consider anywhere else, as always consistently good. "
"I had two rooms booked - a twin for one person and a superior double. Both excellent. Gripe for the superior was about a half an hour to run a bath and no Wi-Fi :( possibly due to location at the back of the hotel. We were there for a family 90 th nearby so it was a great opportunity to stay. Accrington was £6 in an uber. Disappointing though to have to pay a tenner if you want to use the pool :( gym free mind.
Overall though a great hotel and thanks for the late bar. Our tariff was RO so didn’t try brekky but a very decent stay in this area. Our room was cool despite hot weather so that was good though the windows did open and not too darn the ground floor to be unsafe so defo a dec place to stay thanks. "
