"From check-in to check-out, the stay was amazing. Centrally located near dozens of restaurants and bars and vegetable markets in the mornings, the property was a short walk from the central train station and close to major sights. Breakfast was continental and provided by housekeeping each day, as opposed to the spread shown in the photos. But honestly it was delightful. We enjoyed the common space each morning before heading put for the day. This is a great base for exploring the area!"

The hotel does not tell people with disabilities that they need to bring the hanger from their car from their country of origin.. people with disabilities who have a rental vehicle. They tell them to park outside of the city walls, a 25 minute walk away if they can find parking it is absolutely inaccessible and I would tell people do not park there. "The room is very good. However, adding a tissue box in the bath or the bedroom would be nice. The property has no elevator which a bit difficult to take the luggage to where the reception and rooms are. The breakfast which is provided by a cafeteria next door is very basic."

"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

It was a last minuet booking due to an issue with the train system, so we were quite relieved to find somewhere to check in at 19:00.
