"The room was not very clean for a hotel of this price. One area of the carpet was wet, not sure whether it was from a pipe leaking in the floor or something similar. It was 1 °C outside that night, and the room had no heating. The bed had a light comforter, and additional blankets were nowhere to be seen. Overall, very disappointing experience. "

"The room was very clean and smelled good. The towels were terrible. Thin and scratchy. Property is well-located in downtown and close to everything. The breakfast was ok certainly not worth $30. The price was not cheap at $250 a night. I would stay again but not do the breakfast."

"This hotel is close to everything we checked out from the Hyrox race, Wheelchair Rugby, Tulip Festival, Parliament Hill, Byward Market. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel restaurant was packed for brunch everyday (make a reso to guarantee a table). Will definitely stay here again!"
