"Overall, staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be. However, the hotel itself was very dirty and not well maintained. Stains on the bedsheets, dirty floors, bathroom, and hallways. Additionally, the pool was not open for use and when I asked why, they explained it was a maintenance issue they could not fix. The cleanliness was such an issue that I cut my trip short. When I spoke with the manager to explain the issues with cleanliness and request a refund for the last day of my stay,...

"Parking is easy, secure, and plentiful. Everything is nice, although the rooms could use a bit of updating, and my room was very dark. There were two lamps. One sat in the far corner, but I couldn't use it, as I needed the outlet for my stuff. The second was between the beds. One bulb wasn't working, and the light didn't add much to the room. "

"The whole property in general was nasty and unkept. Our room was so dirty, sheets had crumbs all over them. The towels were soured smelling. When we walked into our room it was late and we were exhausted. The temp in the room was 60* we turned the thermostat up, but it did not help. We finally had to just turn it completely off and turned the heat on to warm up.. We also expect a nice fresh room when staying at a holiday Inn."

"This was my 2nd Baymont hotel and this one was still better than the first...The afternoon to evening front desk worker was very kind and accommodating however the morning staff and housekeepers were all so rude and pushy."
