"We have just had a 3 night stay at the Hotel and it was lovely. When we arrived the reception staff were very friendly and gave us a brief tour, when our room was ready we were again escorted there by a member of reception. The room was a great size with a small patio area overlooking the lush gardens. We had dinner in the restauarant on our first night, which was excellent, service was impeccable. We used the bar a couple of times, loving the idea that we got to choose our "Happy Hour", we also...

Personally my bed at home is a bit hard, so when I go on vacation I look forward to a soft bed, this was not that, in fact, the worst ever. I've only ever had it where a bed was as hard as this one and it was in Cuba. I debated on going to sleep on the couches in the pool room, they were softer then the bed. I didn't think a hard bed would have impacted my vacation this much, but when you can't get one good...
