"Set in beautiful countryside this lovely old english building is perfect for a relaxing night away or even just somewhere to stay whilst visiting Hereford like i did. Good food and good amenities. Staff are helpful and polite. Rooms are clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Nice stay. Room clean and bed reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. If I was being critical I'd say that there is significant road noise if you need a window open and the carpets are looking pretty tired on the stairs and in the room. That aside, it was a nice stay "

"We had a lovely stay at the Royal Oak. Hannah was extremely helpful and was quick to respond when i accidentally deleted the message with the keycode! The room was extremely comfortable and clean. We had a superb meal in the pub, and the staff were very friendly. The room was peaceful and quiet, and we enjoyed the views and a glorious sunset. "I stay here most years for an event I attend nearby. The rooms are good value, clean and have everything I need. It is low hassle, quiet and I sleep well. Breakfast is very basic Fruit, pastry and cereal bar hung on the door the day before but suits me for an early start."
