"The hotel has a small number of rooms and is attached to a bar/tobacconist in the centre of Salorno, in the Dolomites. There is plenty of parking and the staff are really helpful and spoke good English, and the rooms clean and very functional (although the Wifi wasn't massively reliable). The breakfast is simple but plentiful, although you need to wait to get served for coffee, which can impact you if you're in a hurry. Overall, though a really positive experience, and the attached bar had a good range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks."

Couldn’t open the windows or use the balcony/deck because there was a very loud, constant sound coming from beneath the deck - maybe the HVAC system? Unbearably loud, 24x7. Upon checkout, I wanted to tip the chambermaid but realized only had US dollars. I asked for advice from the woman at the front desk and her response was that they had “No use for dollars”, her overall tone condescending, as if I was offering complete garbage. I realize it wasn’t ideal but I wanted to leave the chambermaid something rather than nothing. The negative interaction was a disappointing last experience with the hotel ."
