"Excellent from the staff in the reception area, the beautiful facilities, super clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, great restaurant and excellent breakfast. "Checked in, receptionist was lovely. Climbed a load of stairs, along some corridors, down some stairs and up some more, finally got to our room, not a towel to be seen. "The hotel and the rooms are getting very tired looking. We were booked for a deluxe room. The bedding was poor, one duvet was paper thin, the other did not fit the cover and was lumpy. The sheets did not fit the beds.
The toilet bowl was cracked, the shower had a leak near the shower head. The cleanliness in the bathroom was poor. Very disappointing."
