Don’t call room services…. They are rude and said.. I had to go down and pick it up. You think 400.00 dollars a night a person would deliver room service to your room. Horrible experience

Room was smelling really bad, walls' paint in the room is pealing off, sink in the restroom had been broken, I had to remove the drain plug from the sink with my fingers, it wasn't attached to anything and just there to prevent water from draining.
