Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel
The lock on my door was broken and the iron was broken. However, the room was spotless, the staff were kind and professional, and I didn’t have to leave the hotel for dinner. I would stay here again.

The Junto
Room was not ready at time of check in. We were told it would be ready within 30-40 minutes. An hour later when I asked again, we were told another 30-40 mins. We waited in the lobby for an hour and a half total with minimal explanation from staff.
