There was no parking when we got there at 5 pm. just 2 workers, one kept wondering off. Line of people out the door and rooms were not ready. Very unprofessional and very disorganized. Very upset to have paid over 200$ for that experience

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Columbus OSU
We were surprised that we were there three nights and never had maid service - we had to request clean towels which were delivered, but the dirty towels were not removed. The pool was lovely, but the breakfast was poor quality.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Property was a bit rundown especially for the price. Bathroom , drain didn’t work so showered in standing water and the faucet sprayed water even when shower was turned on. Check in wasn’t pleasant. It seemed
