"The property is great. But. for the price per night, I have to ask why certain "little items" are no longer provided. Littke things like body lotion, shower caps, bar soap for those who cannot use the nody cleansing gel. The auto ice maker didn't work, so trips to the ice macine were in order. The room was not refreshed, had to ask for clean towels. The care of the customer does not measure up to the time before Covid."

"Spring Hill suites was a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff! We ended up asking for a different room after first arriving because our neighbors were very loud and they changed the room for us with no problem. The room was so spacious! We have a special needs son in a wheelchair and there was plenty of room for the chair and also to get him up to walk around. "Nice hotel, check in was easy and the clerk efficient and courteous. Room was comfortable but hallways were stuffy and had an occasional fowl odor. Breakfast was good but I will say one of the people serving looked miserable and not wanting to be bothered. Fitness room was a touch above average. Microwave did not work and maintenance said it was repaired buy the only function working was the fan."

"Loved the rooms. I’m a big fan of not having carpeting and having the vinyl flooring in the rooms. Much much cleaner. The room had an upgraded modern look to it which I very much liked. The common public spaces seem very nice although I didn’t have much time to use them. My only reason for lower score is that I was there for the state track meet. Before getting to even stay, I was sent messages from Jungle House claiming that we need to pay a security deposit, outside of what we already paid to hotels.com.
