"I really can't say enough positive comments about the staff! We had several room "issues" and they were all taken care of very quickly. When we called about a bathroom issue, the maintenance person was almost there before we got back up to our room. We were locked out of our room 3 times due to an issue with the door lock mechanism, a real issue but we were assisted quickly until the maintenance person arrived (it was a holiday weekend!). "The elevator did not work. I had a lot of things so needed two trips caring my belongings. Another person told me that elevator is often out of service. When I left after one night,I wanted to ask for a partial refund, but I was about as far as I could be from the front desk and had already made two trips to my car on the stairs. I was already running late so did not have time. No excuse if they often have trouble. It should be working."
