"Nice spacious room. Short walk to gondola at Kicking Horse Resort. Games in lobby. We were unclear on checkout procedure as there is no front desk and we didd not receive check out instructions until after we had already left. Suggest this be sent night before."

The property is always well maintained, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. "Somewhat rundown, aging buildings. Bathroom fixtures were tired. Sheets were polyester. No bedside lamps (had been broken according to the friendly front desk person). 8:00 breakfast is too late. Good location, quiet at night."
