"Overall, the stay was good. I asked for a room on the ground floor or where there was an elevator as I had my motorcycle and all my gear. The girls said they only had room on the second floor. A fellow behind me, got a room on the third floor. I was rather disappointed as I had to lug multiple pieces of luggage and saddlebags up the stairs. There was no face cloths in the room, but the room was clean and quiet. The price of the room offset me having to pack my luggage upstairs. I would stay here again."

Walnut Beach Resort

"We recently stayed at the Walnut Beach resort in a one bedroom suite. The room was modern, clean and spacious. It had a full kitchen and dining area as well as a seating area with a couch and two chairs. King bed was a bit too soft for my liking but my husband thought it was great. Large bathroom with a huge tub/shower combo. I only wish that there was a mounted grab bar on the wall to get in and out of as the tub was a bit deep. There is an onsite restaurant for convenience that looked great but for this trip we chose to visit some of the local restaurants. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was very nice and refreshing. Wifi and underground parking are included in the room cost. Overall, we had an extremely good experience with this property."

"Excellent stay. Staff was very helpful and professional. Although the suite was basic as one would expect of student housing, it’s clean and have all the basic amenities. Access to the gym which much better equipped than any resort was great."
