"Fantastic staff (housekeeping, front desk, and conference/banquet workers). Exceptionally kind and helpful in every way. Wish there were a few more coffee/tea options in the room or quick, easy coffee options in the lobby without needing to go through breakfast purchase options,etc. A business center for printing would’ve been amazing but front desk staff was able to help and went out of their way for me. "Hot tub didn’t work "

"The rooms were clean . With our own coffee station. Mini fridge and microwave come in handy.We stay 4 nights. You have maid servive ever other day. Breakfast was fully stocked. Had coffee , tea and juice . Now the front desk we had to wait some on staff. Of course around check in time 3, We arrived around 5, they were there. But the people were friendly and respectful. "

"The hotel is nice but for the price should include breakfast or something else. I also had noted that it was my wedding anniversary ; it would’ve been nice for them to include a card or something small to commemorate. It’s the thought that counts. "

"I stayed for a week, and asked that they clean the room every day. Day 2 by about 3pm they hadn't cleaned it so I stopped one of the housekeeping staff and asked about it. She said they were not going to clean it but would give me towels. I went to the front desk and spoke with the manager who also said they would not clean the room and just gave me towels. "Worst place I’ve stayed in. The couch was ripped. The bathroom door was destroyed. Looked like someone had punched it. And there were no available utensils nor pans to cook in. Their breakfast was awful. This place needs a lot of house keeping to take care of and a remodel would come in handy "
