"The room was lovely, clean and roomy, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. In an excellent location to sight see in Brussels and access the local train station to venture further. The lady on reception was excellent, friendly and informative. The only let down was in the eatery on the ground floor. The service was very poor, rude, unhelpful and the food passable."

"The staff was friendly and guided us with questions. The room was clean and had a nice bed. Only Downside was that there was no light in the room other then two very small wall lamps by the bed…but no big deal. The location is exceptionally great as it is surrounded by restaurants, pubs, shops, and very near a train station. "

"quick night in Brussels, hotel was lovely, very cool and modern. Hotel located in a safe area, with restaurants walking distance. Room was clean, stand up shower, bathroom was on the bigger side. Bed was comfortable, pillow were not the best they were squared shaped not your regular shaped pillow. So much to do near by. Sad we didn’t stay longer, overall I would stay again. "

"Amazing hotel. Every member of staff I came into contact with provided exceptional service. The room was spacious, nice bathtub, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The head concierge was exceptional and scored a same day reservation for a Michelan restaurant as well. Will be back next time I am in Brussels."
