"Everything stood out for me. The entire house decorations and layout. She though of everything one would for a stay. She even had personal items such as lotion that I forgot to bring. Snacks and water are available. "

"Room was absolutely spotless, bed was comfortable. When we first checked in, the room they gave us had just been cleaned and had too much of a cleaning fragrance. They immediately moved us. When we requested more towels and pillows, they were brought up immediately. Great place to stay! Have stayed there numerous occasions. Front desk staff member was easy to work with, very personable. "The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the woman that was working the general store next to the check-in was very cold and unwelcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. You have to use your key card to make the elevator go up, so that helps keep unwanteds out which is nice."

"This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here, and it won’t be the last. The location is excellent, about 10 minutes to the convention center, the Creat theater, lots of great restaurants. Beautiful, comfortable rooms and amazing staff (especially Nico)."
