"It is an all-inclusive property. But anything not included is much more expensive than in US. I had a food poison after eating the sushi in the buffet. When I called the front desk for help I was told the on site doctor would charge 150 dollars per visit and 30 more if you want the doctor come to see you in your room. All the food and drinks I took was inside the property and I have to pay myself for their negligence on the food safety.

"Our whole experience at this resort was terrible and we will not be going back. Upon our arrival we checked in an hour early and they said our room wasn’t available which obviously understandable as it was an hour early, but then when we came back an hour later to get our room, it still wasn’t available so we walked out to the beach for another 30 minutes and then came back at their recommendation. "The worst thing, almost unbearable, was air conditioning. When I checked in, the temperature inside the room was 17 degrees Celsius (64 F), (my phone can measure room temperature). The air conditioning unit display was 23 degree Celsius (74 F). I increased it to 25 C and air conditioning stopped working. Within an hour the temperature reached 30 C (86 F). Those were the only options. When I complained to the staff, they recommended to try various settings."
