She showed us an unacceptable small unit, which we declined, until showing us a larger one with a view (which we had paid for). 5. After May 1, the heat is turned off and we were very cold for the first week of our stay. 6. Only one other unit had a terrace, patio or balcony (not ours). Positives: 1. The...

Top Colombella Hotel Reviews

Abbazia Collemedio Resort & Spa

Abbazia Collemedio Resort & Spa

8/10 Good
"This property is in a great location, very clean, and features exceptionally comfortable bedding. However, as a converted old monastery, soundproofing is essentially nonexistent. If your room is near the dining area, you'll hear conversations late into the evening. The food was average, and service generally felt a bit unpolished. For remote workers, the internet speed is a major drawback—a large email took over an hour to upload and ended up failing. That said, I am deeply grateful to the male receptionist on duty. Seeing my struggle, he generously allowed me to use his personal mobile hotspot so I could get my work done. While the Wi-Fi was frustrating, his kindness and hospitality left a truly positive impression."
