Coldwater Hotels with Swimming Pool

"Food was ok. The room was dirty the hot tub in room 302 does not work. I have rented rooms a couple times bad every time. There is no matnence person so dont believe them when they say they are sending one to you. ILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN."

"The tv don’t work when we first got there. Then had to get a keys reactivated every time we left the property!"

"We arrived, went to our room and noticed that the door was a jar prepped open by a cleaning bucket and rag. It made me nervous to walk in, but I did anyway to make sure there was nobody in the room waiting for us when we came in. Room appeared decent, but have a lingering marijuana smell that was overpowering. He got into bed to go to bed and sleep for the night since it was late my husband turned on the TV and it didn’t work. It was too late to ask somebody to fix it. I went to use the bathroom and the sink was dirty and also ran so slow that water gathered and didn’t drain for an hour. The toilet had trouble flushing. Tried to forget about that so we slept on the bed that you rolled off of. It was angled oddly. When we woke up in the morning to get ready to leave, we realized there was no shower curtain. My husband had to go to the front desk to ask for a new curtain and we had to put it on ourselves. The hall smelled of marijuana too. "

"This is my second time staying here and I absolutely love the staff the food. I love that they had a restaurant attached to the hotel which was excellent as well. The location is right across from the casino which made it nice and they also have a shuttle as well. Great place I will stay at it again."

"Rooms dirty, no soap, toilet seat loose, room phone dead, Elevator not working. We had a room on the 3rd floor. I have stayed there over 20 times and the quality has declined every visit. This was our last stay"

"Room was just renovated and clean. They are undergoing construction but it did not impact anything. Breakfast was good! Brand new TV. Only concern was the hot water in the shower was not consistent and same for the air conditioner. We notified the front desk."

"We didn’t even stay the night. Went somewhere else. Asked for a refund but non refundable online. He offered us another room but didn’t want it cus of the condition of the first room. Just said we will chalk that $75 up. Room smelt bad. The mattress cover had old blood stains from bed bugs that’s the main reason we didn’t stay. The guy was friendly but a no go for us. "

"None of the arcade machines work. The breakfast was ok. The pool was awesome! Nice and warm! Price was great. "
