Mr Md Abdul We are very sorry you didn`t enjoy your stay with us -- When you informed us the water was not hot enough for you we immediately raised the water temperature above the Australian Standards for motels which we follow by law -- Unfortunately the next guest who occupied the room wanted the hot water turned down because he thought the water was too hot so we turned back to the Australian Standards so we understand some guests have different preferences and we are dissappointed that the hot water temperature spoilt your stay All the best for the future for you and your family Graeme --- New Owner
