The building is located in a nice area with a great seaview. The apartment was quite well equipped, but I've found some insects inside the sheets which was not very pleasant. Cleanliness can be improved.

Nice apartment with wonderful views
The Residence is perched high above Cogoleto with fine views across the Gulf of Genoa. It is worth making sure you have a 'sea view' as this is the main attraction. You also need your own transport and be prepared for the very steep mountain road with six tight hairpin bends. There is one restaurant close by but no shop or other facilities. The restaurant is very good, excellent food and good value. A bottle of house wine 7 Euros! However, it is very popular and often fully booked.

nice place however nothing to shout.. booked a sea view bungalow but seeing only woods.. with a peek of the sea.. not a real garden but ok for the small puppy running around.. towels provided were old and thin.. ventilation in toilet was miserable... after a day of 'airing'.. still back to a wet toilet...

Stayed here with friends. The apartments are the perfect size. You definitely need to have a car to get here and be careful driving up the steep cliffs in the dark. Bring food to cook in the kitchen or go to the local restaurant that is within walking distance. Friendly staff, reception is NOT open 24/7 so be sure to check in when they are open. We almost missed it! Hotels advertises a bar on location but that wasn't the case. Overall, very happy and would stay again.

Dejligt sted med super flot udsigt
Rigtig fint sted med virkelig flot udsigt. Rigtig god og ren pool med en lille bar hvor man kan købe drinks og is. God plads ved poolen og meget stille område. Cogoleto er en hyggeliglille by med gode strande. Køkkenet var lidt mangelfuldt men man kunne sagtens lave mad.

The 4 adult appartment was ok and clean, but not really suited for 4 adults. The view from the place is nice, but not as nice as the pictures. The exterior is worn down and in need of a paint job etc. Everyone using the swinning pool is required to wear a swimming cap. The staff is seemingly nice, but cannot be trusted. We agreed with them and got an e-mail confirmation for early check out, but after we left they denied us a refund of the remaining nights.

Sehr schöne Sicht auf das Meer. Große Wohnung mit Terrasse. Wifi nicht im Zimmer nur am Pool oder Rezeption aber da war es gut man kann sich auch gut hinsetzen. In den Zimmer gab es ein paar Ameisen und es gab lagen auch Haare rum die nicht von uns waren. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Badekappe am Pool ist natürlich dumm den haben wir gemieden.

beetje lastiger te bereiken met een bus (smalle wegen en haarspeldbochten), maar gelukkig wel genoeg parkeerplaatsen. Onze dochter vond het erg leuk dat ze in de woonkamer kon slapen. Voor ons wat lastiger,omdat we buiten moesten zitten. Gelukkig was het mooi weer en was er een mooi uitzicht.

Horrible séjour!!
Nous sommes très très déçues par le service qu'offre la Résidence. Nous avons fait une demande spécial pour arriver plus tard et soit disant elle a été accepté. Mais entre temps nous avons eu un contre temps. Nous avons crevé, nouvelle voiture donc pas de roue supplémentaire. Nous avons du attendre qu'on nous dépanne. Nous sommes enfin arrivées tard mais avons appelé le numéro d'urgence qui est indiqué sur leur porte. Et la surprise, personne ne veut descendre nous ouvrir! Pas de chambre, pas de lieu ou dormir car les autres hôtels pleins!! Nous avons du dormir dans la voiture! Nous nous sommes présentées dès l'ouverture de la réception, et la surprise!! ON NOUS FACTURE LES DEUX NUITS!!!! VRAI FOUTAGE DE GU... Ils ne veulent même pas en parler!!! JE LE DECONSEILLE même si les appartements sont bien, mais même là nous avons eu une mauvaise surprise pas de vue sur la mer comme nous l'avions stipulé! Bref un week-end de cauchemar

Wir sind am Sonntag, den 30.9.2015 bei schönstem Wetter in Cogoleto / Residence Villa Beuca angekommen. Die Lage mit Meersicht ist wunderbar und die Ueberbauung ist architektonisch chic angelegt. Leider ist die Kücheneinrichtung mangelhaft. Es hat keine Weingläser/ passende Pfannendeckel/ kleine Pfanne / die Beschläge der Küchenkombinationstüren sollten unbedingt eingestellt werden, besonders auch die Kühlschranktüre.

Schöne Ferienwohnungen mit traumhaftem Blick
Für uns war es bestimmt nicht der letzte Aufenthalt in der Residence. Wir hatten eine Wohnung oben in der 30er Reihe. Preis/Leistung stimmen dort definitiv. Die Wohnung war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer war gross und hatte ein bequemes, grosses Bett. Das Bad sah frisch renoviert aus... große, saubere Dusche mit Glastüre. Es gab genügend Stauraum für all die Utensilien. Das Badezimmer war definitiv über einem 3 Sterne Standard. In der Küche befand sich ein großes Gefrierfach sowie ein Backofen, was auch nicht immer üblich ist in italienischen Ferienwohnungen... Die Kinder schliefen im Wohnzimmer, allerdings nicht auf einem Ausziehsofa, das sämtlichen Platz raubt, sondern auf zwei getrennten Betten die an der Wand standen. Somit konnte man sich im Wohnzimmer gut bewegen. Die Terrasse bot einen traumhaften Blick auf das weite Meer. Der Pool war sauber und es gab genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme (einziger Nachteil: man musste Bademützen tragen!!). Morgens gab es die Möglichkeit sich frische Brötchen, Milch und Croissants liefern zu lassen. Das Restaurant in der Nähe ist sehr empfehlenswert. Der Strand unten ist allerdings nicht unbedingt der Hit. Sind an Badetagen in Richtung Varigotti gefahren.

OK ferie kompleks med god udsigt, men der er for langt til strand og by ca. 1,5Km (7-8 hårnålesving). Det meste af stranden er betalingsstrand. Der skal bruges badehætte i poolen - irriterende Italiensk. WIFI kun i receptionsområdet mod betaling og ringe kvalitet - grrrrr :-(

Man mietet eine Wohnung ohne Service. Das muss man sich im klaren sein. Deswegen ist das Preis/Leisungsverhältnis aus meiner sicht völlig ungenügend. Toilettenpapier, Putzzeug für die Küche, Internet-Wifi fehlen im Zimmer. Das Zimmer wird nicht gereinigt und die Tücher nicht gewechselt. Internet nur gegen Aufpreis an der Rezeption. Wer ein Badetuch für das Schwimmbad möchte zahlt Extra, Badekappe nicht vergessen! Fernseher hat nur Italienische Sender. Beim Auschecken wollten wir unser Kleingeld loswerden, dies wurde nicht akzeptiert. Sind wohl schon zu verwöhnt.

Budde her i tre netter oktober 2012. Ligg fint til med fin utsikt over byen, og leilighetene er reine og heilt greie. Vi forventa ingen luksus til den prisen vi gav, og er heller ikkje spesielt kravstore. Problemet vårt med Villa Beuca var først og fremst mangelen på informasjon. Det hadde vore greitt å vite at det i tida mellom 13 og 15:30 ikkje er nokon til stades, og at det ikkje er mogeleg å sjekke inn i denne perioden. Telefonnr. som hang på døra var ikkje til hjelp. Vi var fire personar på tur, og bestilte ei leiligheit for fire. Det var ikkje mogeleg å finne ut noko om storleiken på leiligheita ut ifrå informasjonen vi fekk då vi bestilte, og vart litt skuffa då vi fann ut at leiligheita berre hadde eitt soverom, og at dei to siste måtte sove på sofa/feltseng på det ganske trange fellesrommet. Det beste med plassen var restauranten som ligg like ved: nydelig mat og utruleg hyggeleg personale.
