"The area pool was clean and the had a great service. The room was comfortable and clean. The valet parking staff were very kind as well. Who really impressed us was Ms. Marliene in the Café. We came back the second day for breakfast just because of her. We felt like we know her forever; she listened to us and she was super 👌 kind. Employees like her make the visit super comfortable. Thanks!"

"We had an issue with the temperature in our room upon arrival. Maintenance could not resolve the problem until the next day and there were no rooms available to move. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating and also compensated us in multiple ways throughout our stay. Very pleased!"

"Enjoyed our week here as our first time in Hilton Head. The beach was great, staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the resort. Any issue we had was immediately handled and we would absolutely return for a shortened stay. With a family of five, we much needed a larger refrigerator and microwave in the room. The front desk staff was so nice and helpful letting our family use it to warm our breakfast and food. This resort is so close to all of the great restaurants and shops at Coligny square. "
