"There were two things I didn't like. First, we had to ask for the sheets and blankets for the fold out couch. The reservation was 4 people with one bed. We were obviously going to use it. Second, we had to go to the laundry room to exchange our towels. We gave them our dirty ones so we could get clean ones. I get people steal them, however it was an inconvenience."
