"This hotel room was very rundown and dirty. The furniture was broken, sink and toilet had hairs in them. The microwave was filthy. The door didn’t completely close you could see daylight around the edges. The sheets were thread barren and the comforter had cigarette burns. We had to ask for toilet paper almost none at check in. The shower had soap scum and was simply dirty. The floors need to be vacuumed. This room left a lot to be desired."
