"The staff was as amazing!! I gave it 3 stars because we found a piece of pretzel on the sofa bed between the mattress and the platform. That's the only thing, besides that the staff was super friendly and helpful, close to all everything on Jekyll, and walking to the beach is beautiful. Keep in mind walking to the beach is not wheelchair accessible. "

"Very clean and spacious rooms and facilities. Easy to adjust the temperature in the room. All pillows were firm, and would have liked a soft pillow option. We left before the breakfast opened but it seemed like there was going to be many options."

"The pictures online did not match what the actual hotel looked like at all. Our room had a weird smell to it, the floor was dirty, and so was the bathroom. Our experience did not match any of the reviews we had seen online for this location. I'm not sure if we went on an off day, they have new staff or what but I would never stay at this hotel again. "

"Since it’s a newly built hotel, the exterior is very clean, but there are still some areas that need improvement 1. Although it is actually a non-smoking room, it was listed as a smoking room at the time of booking. I contacted both the Expedia customers center and the hotel, but the issue was not corrected. 2.
